Shemale, rosè wine DOC Savuto
The pride of the hybrid
A tenuous colour and elegant aromas of strawberries and raspberries announce a simple and satisfying drinking experience. A certain sapidity towards the end invites us to take another sip, to be enjoyed with a platter of cured meats and fresh cheeses or with a fish apetizer, perhaps marinated in a light acidic marinade. In short, a wine that pleases everyone.

Organoleptic properties
Vivid, bright, with almost coppery shades
The bouquet reveals a fragrance of wild strawberries, violets and a subtle hint of vinosity.
On the palate, it is fresh, soft and pleasantly savoury. The closure is fruity with slight bitter sensations.
The fruity and floral character of the wine blends well with its almost red wine-like mouthfeel. The dry and savoury sensations on the palate, along with the slightly bitter finish, make it an exciting wine to drink.
