Annibale is a blend between the well-known Sangiovese (40%) and the Magliocco Dolce (60%), a prince among the Calabrian cultivars. Known by countless synonyms, the latter has been grown in these territories for millennia and today, in the spotlight of the international stage for quality indigenous varieties; 420A rootstock

Pairings

Elaborated first courses (baked pastas, cannelloni, lasagne), grilled meat or fish-based second courses (perfect with tuna and amberjack), roasts. Medium to long-aged cheeses.
